Winegrowing (R)evolutions is one of two new visit itineraries on offer at the Anjou Vine and Wine Museum in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. It focuses on major inventions in the realm of viticulture and wine. A journey through the evolution of a profession with (written and spoken) testimonies from winegrowers along the way.
- the winegrower’s tractor (narrow, to enable it to pass between rows of vines),
- the mist sprayer (enabling reduction of product doses during treatment),
- the temperature control device (to help vinification),
- the harvesting machine
- the pneumatic press.
