The Tours Agglomeration Community has enlisted the support of VINCI Autoroutes to launch a competition entitled “And what if the A10 opened one or more urban thruways?” with a view to obtaining innovative scenarios breathing fresh life into connections between Tours and St-Pierre-des-Corps without negatively impacting the utility of the A10 motorway.
The competition is part of the “Passage(s), spaces of transition for the 21st-century city” action/research programme managed by the Institut pour la Ville en Mouvement (IVM).
