The “Gloriette de Loire” houseboat

Built on the model of an 1895 washhouse boat and belonging to the Saumur company “Different Holidays” this highly unusual gite took to the water in early November 2015. It can accommodate up to 6 people and will be anchored on the Loire, alongside the Marronnier quay facing the château.
It was built at the Max Pannier workshops in Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne (Indre-et-Loire).
