This continuing education file was created by the Institut National du Patrimoine (INP) Curators' Department’s documentary resources centre, for the “fluvial heritage” seminar organised by the INP and held on 7, 8 and 9 June 2011 at the DRAC Centre (Orleans) and the Musée de la Marine de Loire (Châteauneuf-sur-Loire).
The seminar focused on fluvial heritage in all its forms – from the tangible to fluvial archaeology via the intangible and documentary sources, while updating participants on patrimonialisation of rivers and their landscapes.
