The draft PLUi for the Saumur Loire Développement sector was adopted by Municipal Council deliberation on 27 June 2019. This was put to public consultation from 18 November to 19 December 2019.

The aim of this consultation was to enable the public to take part and find out about the plan as well as to factor in the interests of third parties by gathering relevant comments, proposals and counterproposals from residents, businesses and associations. This will provide the Saumur Val de Loire Urban Area Community with the necessary details for making its final decision (approving the PLUi designed to replace the current municipal urban planning documents).

To take part in the consultation:

  • Paper consultation register: this will be available in the town halls concerned and at the Urban Area's HQ, 11 rue du Maréchal-Leclerc, Saumur.
  • Online consultation register: a digital register is available to the public at the following address: https://www.registre-dematerialise.fr/1722
  • By email: the public may also email any comments to: enquetePLUiSLD@agglo-saumur.fr, stating "enquête plui" in the subject.
  • By post to: Président de la commission d’enquête au siège, 11 rue du Maréchal-Leclerc CS 54030 - 49408 Saumur Cedex FRANCE
