From 12 to 16 November 2014, on the initiative of the SGMAP (General Secretariat for the Modernisation of Public Action) and in partnership with the 27th Region, the State and local authorities will be putting the spotlight on a Civil Service on the move. Mission Val de Loire and the pOlau urban arts centre are also participating.

Wednesday 12 November 2014, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Nantes (44) 

  

[Pitches and speed dating] The 12 speakers have 5 minutes on the clock to present an aspect of public innovation as practised in Pays de la Loire by public actors or civil society. Participants will then be given ample time to discuss face-to-face with speakers until closure of the morning session. 

Mission Val de Loire will be presenting the change management initiative undertaken in mobilising actors on the listed site and in-house.

[On-the-go lunch – discussion] The pOlau urban arts center is organising a lunch-on-the-go open to all, along with a presentation of its national actions, projects and research between artistic creation and spatial planning.
