Establishment of Culture O Centre – cultural development workshops

This new institution is one of the tools of regional policy which should raise awareness of geographic and cultural issues , and will also concern all cultural fields .

The project will be overseen by Christophe Blandin Estournet, who is currently director of the Excentrique festival and who was on 10 October appointed director of the future public institution.

It will take in the full range of activities which a workshop would normally pursue: from observation to experimentation, via analysis and dialogue.

To this end it will pursue its activities in collaboration with the various cultural institutions, professional organisations, local authorities and charitable sectors in the Centre region and beyond (from interregional partnerships to international dialogue).
