A comic book on horticultural professions in Anjou is planned for 2018

The CRDA Baugeois-Vallée, Regional Agricultural Development Board, in connection with the local branch of the Chamber of Agriculture, is managing and coordinating a project to create a comic book on horticultural professions with a very motivated collective of partners. The aim is to raise awareness about this strong economic sector in Beaufort-en-Anjou and the experience of horticultural employees with an innovative medium, in order to amaze and so reach as large an audience as possible.
The author-illustrator, François Salembier, a 27-year-old from Angers, spent March to May 2017 immersing himself in businesses and meeting employees in order to write and illustrate a story with a genuinely artistic dimension. The comic book is scheduled for publication in January 2018.
