On 15 March, over 150 actors gathered at Nantes Regional Government Office on the initiative of the Regional Conservatory for the Banks of the Loire and its Tributaries (CORELA). They were invited to give thought to the question “What memories do we have of the Loire over the last 20 years, and what lessons have we drawn from them that might be useful in planning for the future?”

Throughout these years, CORELA has kept a close watch on the Loire Valley, pondering courses of action but also attentive to requests and appeals from municipalities and associations, acquiring thematic knowledge at regional level and sharing it in order to define common objectives and means of intervention, and lending its support to implementation of actions decided upon.

The day also provided an opportunity to present the new CORELA website baladeloire.corela.org .
