This guide aims to offer all the stakeholders involved in the management of an exceptional region a discussion tool which helps with decision making. This tool enables objectives to be defined for the management of exceptional regions in France. The guide offers a methodology based on the evaluation of economic, social, environmental and regional values generated within exceptional regions.
