The Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Culture and Communication have published this guide, comprising recommendations and best practices, intended for organisers of cultural events of all kinds and their organisations, with a view to improving the safety measures they are responsible for.

The practical guide includes a method, technical datasheets, a self-assessment questionnaire and vade-mecums.
