Dense Private Housing (HDI)

HDI looks to be one of the tools responding to the challenge of sustainable regions and towns: building better and more, by consolidating the town, and by fighting against urban sprawl and soil artificialisation.

In this context, the Centre DREAL carried out a regional study between 2012 and 2014, highlighting the merits of this model, which is adaptable to many different urban configurations.
