Urban planning for small cities with character

Grant for municipalities certified "Petites Cités de Caractère" or recognised as certifiable by the Petites Cités de Caractère regional association, with an approved Architectural, Urban and Landscape Heritage Protection Zone (ZPPAUP), as well as for the unions and other groups of municipalities acting on behalf of the aforementioned municipalities.
