The next Val de Loire - World Heritage European Summer School will be dedicated to questions related to visiting heritage sites. The programme is now available.
The 2006 Val de Loire - World Heritage European Summer School will take place in Angers from 25 to 29 September 2006. This year's event is being organised jointly by the International Rivers and Heritage Institute and the University of Angers, with the participation of UCO (Catholic University of the West).
The theme of the Summer School is VISITING HERITAGE: ACCESSIBILITY, PRACTICES AND MANAGEMENT. These three aspects will be the focus of the sessions running at the University of Angers on 25, 26 and 27 September. An additional session will be held on Friday 29 September at UCO (Catholic University of the West) and will tackle questions of mediation and heritage in Europe. The field day, scheduled for Thursday 28 September, will take place at several sites in and around Angers and will offer an opportunity to meet local stakeholders.
