Teachers are presented with the landscape educational kit

Three workshops are being organised by the Mission Val de Loire in partnership with each département (county)-based coordination of the Orléans-Tours regional education authority's cultural action.

The purpose of these workshops is to explain how to use the educational kit that has been available since April 2011 in the documentation and information centres of lycées (sixth-form colleges) situated in the listed site.

- 07 February 2012 - Lycée Voltaire - Orléans.

Dates to be confirmed:

- Lycée Camille Claudel - Blois.

- Lycée Grandmont - Tours.

"The methods suggested (by the kit) get your pupils thinking about the challenges facing our region, (…) encourage both individual working by pupils and/or group work on a particular subject, all the while providing stepping stones towards other disciplines." - Jean-Marc Vallée, cultural action coordinator for the Loir-et-Cher department.
