The Scientific Steering Committee of the International Rivers and Heritage Institute, which met on 19 July 2007, has approved a joint funding agreement for 50% of the postdoctoral research being carried out by Claire Choblet at the University of Nantes.
Claire Choblet's research focuses on the "Evaluation of the
natural heritage of the Loire estuary and the role of public
environmental policies in its conservation" and is being carried
out under the supervision of Pascal Belan of the
Laboratoire d’Economie de Nantes in
conjunction with the
Laboratoire Géolittomer LETG UMR 6554 –
CNRS.
