In 2014, Tours Young Economic Chamber and the Centre-Loire Valley Maison de l’Architecture launched an international competition entitled “Loire & Loges”, intended for young architects under 30 years of age. They have now published the catalogue to the travelling exhibition presenting some sixty of the projects submitted, including the winners.
The catalogue contains creators’ commentaries on each project – their observations are keys to understanding their projects as well as being invitations to travel...
309 candidates from over 40 countries had reinterpreted the traditional vineyard huts along the “Loire à Vélo” itinerary in the municipalities of Chouzé-sur-Loire and Savonnières.
