On 18 April 2015, to mark the beginning of a new adventure after eighteen months of Open Site, Compagnie Off and the pOlau urban arts hub held an inaugural rendezvous for the public at large to explore the new venue’s various potentialities.

The creative space occupied since 2001 by Compagnie Off and the pOlau urban arts hub on the Grands Mortiers industrial estate in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps began its transformation in July 2013. Under construction up until November 2014, for the time being the venue has become an open programming space, an experimental experience, an opportunity for discoveries regarding urban issues involved with construction and architecture, under the initiative of Agence Construire and the pOlau urban arts hub, and with the support of the Tour(s)plus conurbation and the Centre Region.

Point H^UT includes a wide range of spaces devoted to creation, varying in size and with a choice of facilities on hand (heights and rails, indoor street, alveoli and nurseries, convivial pavilion, coffee-shop, etc.).
