France’s 2011 candidates for the World Heritage list

During the 35th session of the World Heritage Committee, which will take place in Paris from 19 to 29 June 2011, France will be proposing two national assets for inclusion on the World Heritage list: Causses and Cévennes and the architectural oeuvre of Le Corbusier, which constitutes a remarkable contribution to the Modernist Movement. This second dossier is backed by 6 countries: France, Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Japan and Switzerland.
