Call for funding for a "tourangelle" recipe book

The PETRi group of associations is launching a participatory funding project on the Kisskissbankbank platform for publishing the book "Tourangelles et Tourangeaux. À vos recettes !". This book will bring together some forty easy recipes made with local produce from the Tours region, based on sharing and passing on an intangible heritage that reflects the local way of life.
Project in partnership with "Anovi", a local publishing house based in Chinon.
Objective: raise €1000 by the end of March 2015.
The PETRi group of associations seeks above all to collect and showcase memories in the Pays d’Azay-le-Rideau region.
