Bateau Lavoir: a new restaurant on the Loire

This replica of a laundry boat welcomes its customers alongside the Loire quay in Orleans, just beside the ‘Inexplosible’. It is a combined restaurant, bar, tearoom, and venue for events and seminars, able to seat up to 150 people.
As part of the drive to bring fresh life to the recently renovated quays, the project received unanimous institutional support (city, agglomeration, general council, regional council, consular chambers and State). DIRECCTE Centre paid out €115,000 in aid in the form of Plan Loire tourism credits.
