Each year, Loire Valley stakeholders are invited to borrow the exhibitions produced by Mission Val de Loire. They are designed to promote the heritage of the UNESCO site. In 2018, three new exhibitions put together for the 2017 cultural season dedicated to gardens in the Loire Valley are available.
What's new in 2018: 3 mini-exhibitions on gardens in the Loire Valley
To mark the 2017 cultural season “Gardens in the Loire Valley”, Mission Val de Loire has made 3 travelling “mini-exhibitions”, developing the garden theme, available to stakeholders and partners, to round off the scheme’s range:
These three exhibitions were designed as indoor exhibitions. All three are made up of six 80 x 200 cm self-hanging kakemono panels. As with the other exhibitions, these mini-exhibitions are loaned free of charge under an agreement.
2018 presentations
“
The Loire Valley seen by foreigners
” is currently on display at the Musée de la Marine de Loire in Châteauneuf-sur-Loire, until 11 March.
“
Pleasures of the Loire (1800-1970
)” is in Meung-sur-Loire until 15 March, on loan for an exhibition on the theme “Having fun in my town”.
From 31 March until 28 August, the exhibition “
The Loire Fleet during the 18th century
” will be hosted by the Musée de la Loire in Cosne-sur-Loire.

are not currently on loan.
