This event, organised for the weekend of the 6th and 7th of September 2008 by InterLoire, an organisation of Loire wine professionals, allowed the public to take part in 12 walks to discover the most beautiful vineyard landscapes in Loire, in the company of winemakers. With more new events this year.

The VVR treasure hunt :
An entertaining and family-friendly questionnaire was given to each participant to encourage them to follow the trail in the activities, artwork and the explanations of the winemakers.

Videoguides:
The vineyards of Chinon and Saumur were equipped with this technology, allowing people to discover the land, the work of the winemakers and regional heritage in videos which could be viewed on MP4 players or mobile telephones.

Modern art in the vineyards :
This year, the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire, famous for its International garden festival, participated in « Vignes, Vins & Randos ». Land Art, an artistic movement which uses nature as a basis for artwork, was on show on all 12 trails.
