Vade-Mecum "Heritage and decentralised cooperation"

The French National Association of Cities and Regions of Art and History and Cities in Safeguarded and Protected Areas coordinated the publication of this Vade-mecum (or pocket reference) at the request and in close partnership with the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the French National Commission of Decentralised Cooperation in particular.
This publication seeks to capitalise on the experience gained through cooperation, find out and promote all of the international actions taken with regard to heritage. Drawn up on the basis of local authorities' experiences, the Vade-Mecum will be a practical tool for local officials and their technicians wishing to get involved internationally on the heritage theme by presenting methodological advice, tools, specific examples and practices of the local authorities concerned.
