Rendez-vous de l'histoire launch a call for donations

This year, the Rendez-vous de l'histoire are launching a major crowdfunding campaign to maintain a number of high-quality events, guarantee free access thereto and improve public reception facilities. Deadline for contributions: 3 November 2019.

For 22 years, the Rendez-vous de l'histoire have offered a number of increasingly important and engaging events to shed light on the present day by examining the past.

Like a people’s university, they are determined to maintain free access to the festival so that everyone can enjoy this unique event.

In this context, the Rendez-vous de l'histoire is calling for donations to find new financial support, which is essential in order to maintain a number of high-quality events and to ensure that they are free of charge for festival-goers.

The first stage of the campaign is set at €8,000. A second stage, of €13,000, would primarily go towards improving public reception facilities (rental and purchase of equipment).

Financial contributions can be made directly online on the Dartagnan platform, dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage, until 3 November 2019.
