Environmental labels: a new regional initiative for hotels and camp sites

With the support of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CRCI) and professional organisations, the Pays de la Loire region is launching a joint initiative to promote environmental labels in hotels and camp sites.
The CRCI and all local chambers will thus assist these businesses through training programmes and pre-audits.
In addition,
the Pays de la Loire is offering to co-fund the first labelling
audits of hotels and camp sites looking to undertake a
nationally-recognised environmental initiative (Ecolabel or Clef
Verte for example).
This partnership with the CRCI is one of the joint initiatives
developed by the Region to support businesses. It is planned for
the 2009-2011 period.
