As part of the Leader programme, the Forêt d'Orléans - Loire - Sologne and Loire Beauce Local Action Groups (GALs) are clubbing together to launch a study aimed at restoring/creating/maintaining covisibilities on the Loire banks.

These groups all share a strong geographic identity: the Loire and its Valley, with almost 30% of Loire municipalities on their combined territory.

This study is part of a cooperation project brought about through a common desire to work on showcasing the Loire banks as regards both the regulatory, landscape, environmental, tourist and heritage aspects and more technical ones concerning upkeep and management methods.

Shop front and façade charter (Pays Sologne Val Sud)

The local officials and members of the steering committee invited shopkeepers and independent business owners from the "pôles" (urban area) municipalities in Pays Sologne Val Sud (Cléry-Saint-André, La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Sandillon and Sully-sur-Loire) to come and find out about this Shop front and façade charter on 26 June, which is also helping to protect and promote the Loire Valley landscapes.
