DRAC Pays De La Loire’s Territorial Diagnosis for 2015

In the context of the Government’s ongoing reform of territorial administration, the DRAC has produced a diagnosis of the state-of-play with regard to its action on the regional territory, highlighting issues involved in State intervention on the territory, and special constraints and projects underway in each sector.
Among other things, the reform seeks to improve interaction between the various levels of local government, organisation of strategic management, allocation of competences and pooling of resources.
