Calls for Research Projects 2008 in the Centre Region

Leisure and tourism are high on the list of four major strategic focuses chosen by the regional authority to meet the future needs of residents.
The Centre regional authority has decided to consolidate its
policy of supporting research and increasing the resources
implemented to boost economic, social and environmental returns. It
aims to spend at least 4% of the regional budget in this area by
2013.
The three other strategic focuses are:
- the future housing stock,
- transport and the management of the flows of people and
goods,
- nutrition, health and well-being.
