Two tools for presenting the PDD2 have been created to let not just the scientific community know about the outcome of these projects, but also local officials, authorities and associations alike: a book and a symposium scheduled for 17 & 18 June 2015 at La Défense in Paris.
Launched in 2005, the "Landscape and Sustainable Development" programme (PDD) invites researchers to look into the way two scientifically complex notions interact and are related: Landscape and Sustainable Development. Since the programme began, 24 research projects have been funded: 16 in 2005, and 8 for this second programme, which ran for four years between 2010 and 2014.
