From 8 to 11 November at the Carrousel of the Louvre in Paris
The theme of the professional exhibition this year is
“Heritage in the Environment”.
Amongst the numerous workshops and round-table discussions, the following are of special interest:
- Heritage and Land: the role of the landscape, by José Maria Ballester, Director of the Heritage and Land programme of the Fundacion Marcelino Botin (Spain)
- The Major Sites: towards sustainable tourism, by the Réseau des Grands Sites de France (French Network for Major Sites)
- Major Sites: is it possible to reconcile fame, protection of the natural heritage, high-quality visitor services and positive outcomes for inhabitants? by Les Grands Sites de France
- Cultural Heritage – Natural Heritage: a legal approach, by the Société Française pour le Droit à l’Environnement (French Association for the Right to the Environment)
- The City of Bordeaux and its registration as a UNESCO World Heritage site, by Le Festin
