The Regional Advisory Conference for Culture (CRCC) is a setup in which stakeholders can cooperate and jointly craft public culture policy for the Pays de la Loire region. The heritage stakeholders meeting was held on 12 May 2015 in Nantes, when the sector's representatives were appointed to firmly build on the efforts under way as part of the CRCC 2.

One of these representatives is Claire Giraud-Labalte, an art and heritage historian and member of the Scientific and Professional Board.

Since 2009 the CRCC has brought together over 120 professional cultural stakeholders from five major cultural spheres (live performance, visual art, cinema and audiovisual techniques, books and reading, and heritage), alongside cultural and economic action networks and various levels of public authorities.
