2018 Heritage Prize

The Stéphane Bern Foundation for History and Heritage has decided to set up a “Stéphane Bern Foundation For Heritage Prize” worth €25,000, to be awarded on an annual basis to a project that protects built and/or landscape heritage in France, through innovative enhancement, presentation or dissemination measures, with the exclusion of restoration projects.

Private (natural and legal) persons and public entities may apply, with no nationality restrictions, excluding the State, local authorities and municipal groupings of more than 10,000 inhabitants.

Set up in 2016, the Stéphane Bern Foundation for History and Heritage-Institut de France protects heritage and supports educational projects and the sharing of historical knowledge.
